Had a great stay for the price. the location was central, near a huge shopping area across 528, mall, and Rio Rancho. - Just a short walk away from Chick-fil-A, serving fast food. My stay at Extended Stay America Suites in Albuquerque – Rio Rancho was fantastic considering the price. the location was convenient, close to a large shopping area, a mall, and Rio Rancho. I also loved that Chick-fil-A was just a short walk away, perfect for grabbing a quick bite to eat.

The heater was noisy and kept waking us up at night.

Comfortable bed. nice staff
Wi-Fi was wonky.didn't always work.remote didn't work. but the worst was the breakfast bar.the only "milk" available was liquid coffee mate. full of sugar and additives. no other milk was available. when i asked about that i was told that the management was trying to save money. i am diabetic and this was very problematic.

Perfect location close to the mall in a very popular area. Neat room with the fridge, microwave, and queen bed as advertised. Breakfast includes muffins and granola bars.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. I booked a room with a kitchenette, which was convenient. The hotel is situated in a central location close to the Balloon Fiesta and near the mall.

I loved the location, away from any busy streets. It's close to everything in Rio Rancho and not far from Bernalillo. Good coffee in the morning.
The bedding was no-frills but ok. The mattress was hard with little padding and no spring. Included breakfast was simply coffee and granola bars.

cheap & could fix own meals
Hard to locate as there is another one just up the road. Plumbing issues. Had to buy bare necessities for a week of use ..like shampoo, TP, dish soap

The room was a decent size and had a cozy queen bed, a dresser, and a heater to keep you warm during chilly nights. 🛏️

It was clean.
Towels need to be replaced. Horribly hard and worn. They would not accommodate me with an early check in. I arrived into Albuquerque at 9:30 am and I was hoping to check in by noon or maybe even 1pm but had to wait until after 3.

Front deck clerk Jordan is very outgoing- room was clean- bed was so comptable slept good- like the kitchenette in the room.
Can see chock around tub, sink bottom of toilet- toilet bowl can see brown rust in side bottom- need to be scrub good- drain is very slow when taking a shower and its slippery- shower curtain is thin and will cleen to your wet body- when it rain, window leaks on top right.
